#Blinddrams starting as tradition dictates with dram 1. Nose is a little reserved - we get vanilla, honey and stewed orchard fruit, and there is also a woodspice note too - allspice, clove. Expecting this to be spicy on the palate.

#BlindDrams 1 Nose: Golden barley sugar and dried reeds establish a sweet, grassy character, with desiccated coconut and pink wafer biscuits bringing a slight confectionery edge. Dusty white pepper and a touch of salinity joins a dry umami spice.
