I made the mistake of reading the (first) #VirginRiver novel, and its handling of #widowhood and love after widowhood piiiissed me off. Decided to see if the Netflix series handled it better, and it sure did, in season 1 anyway. Just staring season 2. Crossing my fingers it continues like that. 🫰
