@fak.cupoftea.social.ap.brid.gyArf, just having a look through my #parkrun age category records (which bigots are so fixated on) and I currently hold the Five Arches age category records for both my current age category, and the previous one (the more recent time is faster). I've only run it twice.
I still hold one from 2019 […]
@ianmac.bsky.socialI volunteered for the 50th time at #Parkrun this morning, and afterwards I did my Run Director training.
#LoveParkrun
@fak.cupoftea.social.ap.brid.gyOn run director duties at #parkrun again, and opted to run there and back to give me a shorter run to do tomorrow. Left a few minutes later than planned, so had to push on a bit to arrive on time, then decided it would be a shame to ruin my numbers and kept […]
@runificould.bsky.socialReason no 363 to love #parkrun - volunteering and running are both great to do.
@mrstp.bsky.social50th Park Run completed today...no PB but still a sub 40 min so I'm happy with that. I'm off to order an official milestone tee 😂🏃

@nessawinters.bsky.socialColdhams Common #parkrun for me this morning. That's the last of the Cambridge ones done, and only one more C needed to complete the Pirates challenge.
Was seriously tempted to go round on a space hopper but decided to do it the boring way instead...! 😂

@thuemmy.bsky.socialVielen Dank, es hat geholfen.
Mein erster Laufwettbewerb. Gleich mit persönlicher Bestzeit, obwohl ich das eher als Training angegangen bin.
@leema.bsky.socialGot the ‘M’ today and my first sub 26 time 😅. #Parkrun
@lisagrimm.com#Parkrun number 175. So humid, but they brought a bell today. May need a nap.
@clarewadd.bsky.socialI was a first-timer at the very lovely super-friendly Plymvalley #Parkrun today - not the fastest route but I was pleased I managed to run all the way up the hill on the 2nd lap (if not the 1st) and that I didn’t trip on the downhills. Thanks to all the volunteers!
@jenonthemove.comI’ve been feeling awful, I’ve been in so much pain, everything has been hard
Yet SOMEHOW I just managed to set a parkrun PB! First time since radiosurgery knocked me back! ❤️❤️
@kirarehfeld.bsky.socialHappy 8th Birthday #Parkrun at Cliffe Castle, Keithley, Yorkshire 🥰. Fun hilly course, great lovely volunteers and almost no rain. A positive start to the weekend 😀🌳
@uitzicht.bsky.socialIt was close but we just made it to 200 runners this morning. With the Great North Run on tomorrow the turnout was always going to be a bit lower #ParkRun #TyneGreen #Hexham 🏃♂️
