These guys are called Lentinus Tigrinus. Your eyes are not deceiving you. They are fuzzy to the touch! These guys are pretty small. They can be a bit bigger than this. I've recently learned this mushroom is edible. Can't wait to try it soon. #mushrooms #mycology #foraging

This is Favolus Brasiliensis. It's a honeycomb fungus. It has a distinctive pore surface that looks like an elongated honeycomb pattern. They're not oyster mushrooms though they look very similar. #mushrooms #mycology #foraging
