Decision to enforce language (not locale) for date/time input fields in browsers is wrong. I have EN set as language, but my locale is SK/GMT+2 (UTC+2). Yet, browsers display AM/PM instead of respecting 24 hours time. Same for dates, wrong date format, yet:
