Dram 1 - On the palate: Young and spirity. Very tart lemon with an effervescence that dries the mouth. Very much 1 fill territory here. Spicy #BlindDrams

Dram 1. Palate: Medium viscosity. Burst of citrus and tropical fruits, litchi. Quite earthy, toasted oak, toasted coconut, flan, lemon zest, lemon sherbert, and again, spicy ginger and white pepper #BlindDrams

Dram 1 - On the palate: Tropical fruit on the palate. Smooth and sweet up front. Grilled pineapple, then hella heat at the back and ALL the way down. Pineapple Habanero sauce with a big old boozy kick too. #BlindDrams

#BlindDrams 1 Taste: Lemon bonbons (more than tart - biting!), quickly joined by a tingling pepperiness and charred oak. Ex-bourbon cask influences bring buttery popcorn and vanilla buttercream alongside jelly sweets, white grape juice and freshly cut garden herbs. Very direct 1st fill action.
