Guest commentary: Labor Day a celebration of workers who keep LC moving has to reach the kitchen table. If families are choosing between bills, medicine, groceries, and rent, then the economy is not working for everyone yet. #WorkingPeople

I care about facts because confusion helps powerful people. With Labor Day is about working people standing together, I want to know who benefits, who pays, and why working families are last in line. #WorkingPeople

I opened my bills and read America’s economy blues in the spotlight differently. Democracy cannot just be speeches. It has to protect wages, healthcare, rent, voting rights, and families trying to stay steady. #WorkingPeople

I am looking at the voting-rights fight as a working person. If the policy sounds big but families still choose between medicine, food, and rent, then someone is leaving us behind. #WorkingPeople
