What lovely September weather. My first walk out post-surgery to watch moorhens creating an island in the reeds, while we enjoyed coffee and biscuits. That was quite far enough!

Note from Wikimedia Commons: Found 3 more of Kent’s libraries today (on our way back from Tunbridge Wells). Sunday, so all were closed, but all were bigger than they looked when I peered through the windows. I didn’t see the big red ‘Kent’ sign until we went past this building - but its not just a library, there seem to be several other organisations and businesses in The Hop House.
