@marburybirds.bsky.social19/35 in Marbury last night was better than I thought given the clear, windy conditions. No NFY but had fun trying to photograph them. 4 Merveille du Jours, 5G-b Crescents, 2 Figure of 8’s, Beaded Chestnut, Yellow-line Quaker, 2 Turnips, SMW, Dingy Footman, Vine’s Rustic, Silver Y’s etc! #teammoth
@geoffmiller66.bsky.socialSlightly calmer weather brought more moths (69) but less species (14) 🤷♂️
One new for the year - Red-line Quaker.
@wjrpb.bsky.social14 of 12 last night. Better than expected as cool and windy. Lovely capucina form of Green-brindled Crescent. #TeamMoth.
@ceallachaine.bsky.social34/10 this morning in NW Kent. All the usuals with the exception of one very welcome NFG - the Satellite! #teammoth
@artom.bsky.socialOnly two moths last night due to blustery wind and clear skies. Nevertheless, can’t complain when one of them was Flounced Chestnut, a garden ✅ and scarce species in the county these days. The other one was a November Moth agg. #TeamMoth @teesbirds.bsky.social

@notquitescilly.bsky.socialWas just grumbling to myself about how few moths about on this clear and chilly night, when I discovered this cracker on the wall by the actinic porch light: Golden Twin-spot, one of my most-wanted. Only 6 Devon records. Get in! 🥳😎

@pertonmoths.bsky.socialIf I'm right on these 2 new baggeridge records and me. On Blackthorn with same colour legs Parornix torquillella then feeding externally on Oak think this might be Bucculatrix ulmella. #teammoth
@gcampbellphoto.bsky.socialBrick (Agrochola circellaris) - North Antrim - October 2026. Not an overly common species in locally, but annual in small numbers. #moths #mothsmatter #teammoth #gcampbellphoto @ulsterwildlife.bsky.social @savebutterflies.bsky.social @europebutterfly.bsky.social

@losbirder.bsky.socialLydd on Sea VC15, another chilly night by the sea, led to 46 of 16sp.
The standout moth of the night was this Porter’s Rustic, the first good moth for sometime.
