I've been trying out a new setup which had a few teething problems

Now I'm using an SDR Play RSP1A with SDR++ with Doppler correction by GPredict. Decoding by QSSTV under Debian Trixie

I tried GQRX on the previous pass but had audio problems so switched to SDR++

Rather garbled signal from ISS ARISS
Homemade tape measure yagi, using SDR dongle to Skyroof and a virtual cable to MMSSTV for decoding.
2nd transmission was really strong.

Got a faint signal on 437.550 this morning, too faint to process #sstv. Been hastely constructing a tape measure yagi, finally found soldering iron, might have more luck tomorrow.

For the next #ISS pass I am going portable with the HT and a Moxon. Main QTH is badly obstructed so a short walk to the local park is in order. #SSTV #hamradio My antics amuse the local dog walkers!
