Trump is the first to shelter under the Constitution, twisted as it‘s been by #SCOTUS.

Trump has now asked #SCOTUS to step in 41 times since his second term began. This compared to Biden's 19 and Obama's 3. And why not, they have been handing him a wins. Any time he does not like something and cannot convince #Congress, even within his own party, this is his default tactic.

He thinks #SCOTUS is his personal legal team. This is ridiculous.
