Es gibt jetzt übrigens 3x Spicy Buldak #ramen

Und ja, ich würds probieren.
Ungut finde ich nur, wenns mir die Lippen aufbrennt!

Die 2x sind im Bereich von unter 9.000 Shu, die 3x bisserl über 13.000.

Ich behaupte mal, das ist grundsätzlich gemacht für irgendwelche 'spicy Challenges' im Internet 😜

Last week we make char siu pork on our grill and had a lot of leftover pork.
We made roast pork fried rice two days ago and will have hot and sour soup later this week.
Today was pork #ramen.
We took time to appreciate its gestalt and caress the surface.
Why?
To express affection.

味の招待席、けさはリンクス梅田『麺屋 優光』のラーメン「淡竹(はちく)」です🍜
映画ちいかわの3回目観た日だから…というわけではないのですが、『優光』イチオシの貝系ラーメンのコチラを。牡蠣などの貝類からの出汁を京都醤油で合わせてブレンドした、あっさり系のスープが印象的の一杯でした☺️​

水道橋「輝道家水道橋店」チャーシューメン（1250円）ライス（150円）。
とろりと濃厚で骨感強くて醤油が強く効いたスープ。濃さ「普通」でもしっかり塩っぱ目。
吊るし焼きチャーシューは燻香香ばしく柔らか。
平たい麺は柔らかめ、濃厚なスープがよく絡む。
卓上の醤油漬け刻みにんにくをライスに乗せてマヨネーズかけスープに浸した海苔で食う。旨い。
この家系ラーメンにはライス必須（おかわり自由）ラーメン1杯で2,3杯は食べれそう。
ガツンと濃厚なラーメンでライスも食べれば腹いっぱい。
