I like throwing wide pieces on hydrobats, because I can come back after leaving them overnight and they pop off, uniformly dry more or less, ready to trim

Frog Reliquary with Rune

A reliquary is a receptacle that contains a sacred object or treasure. According to feng shui tradition, an image of a frog near an eastern facing windows brings harmony to the home. Rune symbol stands for Harmony.

Any excuse to indulge in my love of antiquing! I have made lamps before, but not with thrifted glass shades like these. I got the idea a couple years ago, but had no means to fire anything until very recently. Excited to get things going again!

I think it will ultimately end up a bit short for this particular glass shade, but I'm actually quite pleased with the tall, narrow forms like this.

Heavy on the crystal ball vibes already with a globe shade, I plan to put a color changing LED light bulb into this one!

Once painted, these get glazed in Celadon, looking just like a monarch chrysalis!

The first version was too head-on, these ones I actually think are pretty cute. What do we think, is the Jimothy work going to be a limited run or should I add them to my ongoing production lineup?

I'm more of a cool, jewel tones girl most of the time, but I do have fun with the Foliage pattern. I've always loved the changing of the leaves, it's my favorite time of year!
