I haven’t seen these S.H.I.E.L.D. flying motorcycles before, but I love the design! #marvel #nickfury

This is the quintessential image of Nick Fury! #marvel #nickfury

Whatever these Death’s Head agents are, somehow they perceive the past and present simultaneously, which makes the story hard to follow at times. It’s reminiscent of “Story of Your Life” by Ted Chiang, also known as the movie Arrival. #marvel #nickfury

Nick Fury kills one of the Death’s Head agents, but his blood is green, and under the mask his face looks flat and featureless. Is this what rogue LMDs looks like? Maybe they’ll explain things next issue. Maybe not. #marvel #nickfury

I do like the stylized coloring in this issue! It reminds me of the old Steranko comics. #marvel #nickfury

Here’s the story as far as I can figure out: Death’s Head Squadron is a group of Life Model Decoys, and Lump is some sort of underdeveloped LMD. The scientist is related to Strucker somehow, and they’re pursuing an unstated goal. #marvel #nickfury

This is the first appearance of Network Nina, some sort of telepath who has a history with Nick Fury. She primarily appears in Nick Fury stories in the future, but she will be reappearing frequently. #marvel #nickfury

This is one of those comics where the villains are mysterious and vague, and the heroes are trying to understand what the villains are plotting. I’m sure everything will be clear by the end, but it’s hard to follow the story in the moment. #marvel #nickfury

I just had this ENTIRE conversation with my best friend! IS2GAWD‼️ asking "Whatchu want from me"
Me: "What I want⁉️😡 Nah FUCK THAT❗️What you want from ME‼️"

This S.H.I.E.L.D. vehicle looks suspiciously like Battlestar Galactica! #marvel #nickfury

As predicted, Dum Dum Dugan’s wife Mary is killed by the Death’s Head Squadron (no relation). But is Dum Dum really dead as well?? I highly doubt it. #marvel #nickfury
