#negative #fibromyalgia #chronicpain #depression
Man, most of the time I'm pretty hopeful of improvement about my fibromyalgia getting better as long as I keep working on my health and trying to figure out the Right Treatment.

Instead of trying to #control #thoughts, simply #observe them and let them exist without making any #harmful or #negative actions. Observing thoughts creates #mental space and can make you feel lighter.

This digitised glass plate #negative is from the 1906 Garstang #excavations at Kubban. The photo shows the Kubban #fort from a distance, the River #Nile and the #Temple of Dakka can be seen in the background.
