harder than drawing kisses is drawing chibi kisses.

Sometimes I think I should take up doing my sketches on paper again. I can correct things digitally, but I feel like I have a much better measure for the level of detail on paper compared to when drawing on PC. (And I do not zoom much when sketching on PC)
I don't want to go into the city center. π₯² But procrastinating does NOT make it better i fear.
I love drawing on paper so much lately. ππ
Do you know the feeling when you sit at a really complex piece and only 15 hours in you are confident that your skills might not have failed you?
You need to trust the process but it is a kind of new type of process since you never drew something like it?
Such a relief this time it works.

And yes! I am a huge Trails fan! I recommend these games to anyone who likes themselves a good old JRPG.
They are SO underrated in the west. Sometimes I wonder if it's because there is a lot of text to read as well π
Spent the day (finally continuing) the Trails in the Sky 1st chapter remake. And I still love it so much!
I had Colonel Richard not pecked for the type to wink which was a cute detail they added in the animation. Schera is still SO beautiful and (Estelle and Joshua my babies) *whispers*

Hope you all have a lovely Sunday, everyone!
Today I just wanna π¦and do nothing.
But the funny thing is: After the last week full of drawing until late at night, I am not sure how to do nothing. π
Setting flats in an illustration or comic is like... you could finish it in about 30-60 minutes, but you take hours, because without doing anything else you still manage to procrastinate π
If I were to spontaneously stream my No. 6 week day 6 (and kind of day 5 - combining prompts) drawing in like... 20 minutes. Would someone be with me? π§
Lately I am drawing 10 hours a day due to the no. 6-week. During the day I work on a commission, at night I channel my inner fangirl (and I enjoy it a lot!)
Just that I notice that I get more tired everyday. I will probably have to skip one day to keep healthy π₯²
Also kind of feel like drawing the last one with Julian once I have the time and mood. Though the last expression would be wildly different lol
Which kind of cover for a manga/comic catches your interest when you go to a book store? When I went shopping with a friend we (oldschool as we are) were kind of nostalgic for covers that showed more than just bust up (couples) π A lot of styles and covers seemed similar to us, too.
Maybe I should open a skep-like-service called "prompt me!" The commissioner can write 4 prompts and decide on a budget and I can choose the one that inspires me.
But maybe it's also only that inspiring for me since I am drawing my all time OTP this week.
You know how there are people who are recording their water colour process? I am in awe of them. (generally I enjoy looking at those!)
I tend to have my pictures pasted onto this drawing board thing and I move it around 360Β°. I would probably knock down my camera all the time .
Next time I go to shop art supplies, I need to remember to buy some brownish/reddish fineliner (0.05) and resupply the black one. As well as maybe some beautiful red and blue. π
New brushes as well and gouache. (uh... next time I go there, I will need to have money left over it seems)
Why did I think this was a good idea? drawing something with so small with details traditionally. And freehanding a 3P-perspective? Am I dumb? How is this supposed to work out in one evening π
Shut down the blinds! My family and I did a Zumba workout for 30 minutes (and have fun while failing miserably lolol )
I feel so good now though! It's like a reset to my daily energy!
(I highly recommend it - I mean.. you can pull the blinds after all xD)
