Dommage de ne pas apporter également un peu de nuance sur la raison d’être du #KidsAct. Ce projet de règlement 🇪🇺 est là pour contenter certains États membres et leurs initiatives nationales, mais aussi…et surtout…pour s’éviter la lourde réouverture d’un débat sur le Digital Services Act.

Het doel: kinderen beschermen.

Maar: zo'n verplichte leeftijdscontrole raakt de privacy van álle internetgebruikers, niet alleen kinderen.
