Can Illinois hold on?

Defenders way too obsessed with making the strip instead of the stop since Juice Clarke’s FF a couple drives ago.

Way too many yards after contact and that’s been a killer. #Illini

#illini freshman QB Michael Clayton has come in the game for Illinois.

#illini QB Katin Houser went to the locker room after that tackle. Carson Boyd is warming up in a tough spot for the redshirt freshman.

Now (2:52 3Q) comes the big test for Bielema and Lunney to strike a balance between a) keeping the clock moving, or b) tucking your heads into a shell and playing for the punt.

#Illini offense must continue to dictate.

Hope there’s still controlled aggression to finish this game.
