#WeeknightWriters Q5: I'm doing this on the short story, not #FirstDraftFall
The MC is a woman born in Mexico & raised in the US, recently deported by her ICE-husband, now spending her days working at her tía's store & nights walking the river bank venting her rage & searching for peace.

Micah here, back at it again with the #WeeknightWriters series for #FirstDraftFall! Still working on my debut series, still getting distracted by the artistic creation phase. Overall, slow, but I share the computer I write on so delays happen sometimes.

#firstdraftfall a series! I plan to go through the first 4 books taking the original and splicing it with my own pieces, then in book 5 have it all be original as the wrap up. I intend to write other books inbetween instead of a straight shot. i'm an underwriter though so we'll see what happens

#firstdraftfall when i can't figure out how someone without a dissociative disorder would react, when my characters are flat or weird, and just trying to keep some details going can be hard like i might start to forget how a character talks

#firstdraftfall I chose it because my other wip seemed to be too run through for me to use it in this and my next one is a lot of fun (plus i'm honestly wary of how many others are working on nancy drew things already due to the release) and it seemed like good timing

#firstdraftfall Nancy/Navy grew up in the prosperous town of River Heights, Iowa with their father the illustrious lawyer Carson Drew
