I've gotten better at braiding, so now I'm working on attaching them to the head. Just cutting grooves in the scalp kinda works, but they still tend not to stay in place, so I think drilling holes might work better.

Finally getting back to this. God I wish I have something approaching a consistent process for color.

Since it's literally been a year I'm just doing it however.

Here's the #wip and a test of some filters I may use. Will wait to do hard light when I draw in the power sword effect. #40k #drukhari

The Dark Eldar are unique amongst the races in the sense that they do not occupy many planets, but rather one dark city called Commorragh. https://loom.ly/Al-51E4

Your army deserves dangerous style.

Drukhari have the atmosphere of darkness and precise violence.

More wip Wednesday Drukhari progress for #lgt2026! The colour shifting effect doesn't quite show as well in a camera as it does to the eye. Still 3 more vehicles, a bunch of infantry and a handful of characters to go!

The most excruciating thing i can draw is armor/costumes and look at me...doing just that!
When you have Warhammer 40K OCs you gotta commit 🫠

So here's some ref sheets for my former Drukhari Incubus turned Corsair Nez

So now i can pay other people to draw him 🤩

I've been painting my Dark Eldar!

The Archon and his Court.

#Drukhari #Queerhammer #Wargaymers #Wokehammer #Warhammer40K #Warhammer40000 #DarkEldar #Transhammer #WomenInWargaming

Archon Khulaen the Perverse, leader of the Kabal of the Poisoned Thorn Heart, and his Court - the Lhamean poisoner-courtesans Ynrynn the Tender and Vyselle the Musician; alien mercenary bodyguards Palenon the Broken and Llohcsyr the Loyal; two Iyanden warlocks who have been parasitised by the Medusae known as Ormscyr of Dzunn and Runskurr of Zorn; and the highly aggressive and extremely loyal pets Pnessia and Guldros. The Archon wears warm purple armour with a red cloak; he has a tiny pet dragon on top of his back banner pole. The Lhameans wear colder purples and have dyed red hair. The alien mercenaries are a centaur woman with palomino horse colouring, and a six-armed snake-lady who's various shades of green. Both are festooned with weapons. The Iyanden warlocks wear yellow armour and clothes and faceless masks with hideous levitating masses of brains of all sizes spilling out from the back of their heads. Pnessia is a blue and cream feline and Guldros is a bipedal winged lizard. Both come up to about the knees of the Eldar.Archon Khulaen the Perverse, leader of the Kabal of the Poisoned Thorn Heart, and his Court - the Lhamean poisoner-courtesans Ynrynn the Tender and Vyselle the Musician; alien mercenary bodyguards Palenon the Broken and Llohcsyr the Loyal; two Iyanden warlocks who have been parasitised by the Medusae known as Ormscyr of Dzunn and Runskurr of Zorn; and the highly aggressive and extremely loyal pets Pnessia and Guldros. It's wip Wednesday! Have you been hobbying, working on cool stuff? It's mostly been a build week for me getting ready for the LGT! Lots of Drukhari assembled. I might need to add a couple of things. Maybe kitbash some kinerai Scourges to get the last unit I need!
