@fan313.bsky.socialMy prediction for today!
@fan313.bsky.socialI am interested to see how Collins, Cunningham and Duren work together
I could see a world where Collins becomes Cade's go to guy in the paint, and it takes points away from Duren. Hopefully Duren reacts to this by working on his skills vs sulking
@fan313.bsky.socialBasketball... How it was meant to be??
@fan313.bsky.socialNBA defenses get a buff, and the offenses get a nerf!

Is this the year??
He reminds a bit of KCP, but better at the same age.
@fan313.bsky.socialYou can turn down gaurenteed $200M or you don't. Thats leverage whether you like it or not.
@fan313.bsky.socialJalen Duren where are you?? Tomorrow is media day and we don't want to hear about your contract!
@lapsoirium.bsky.socialY’all laugh about this but I love my Detroit sports community on bluesky. We show up and support one another through the highs and lows and everything in between.
@fan313.bsky.socialJalen Duren weekend

Team Spotlight: Detroit Pistons
@fan313.bsky.socialLast weekend before Monday's Pistons media day
@fan313.bsky.socialDon't want to get in the weeds, so here is the summary
Duren loses money if he takes QO and signs with Kings next year (after tax)
Duren loses money if his play regresses or is injured
Duren lose money if market changes next year
$200M in the state of Michigan is hard to beat
@fan313.bsky.socialIs Jalen Duren is posturing? We will soon find out because the qualifying offer has a Oct 1st deadline to accept
Sept 28th is the media day for Pistons, so I suspect that he will have it resolved by then. Its hard to be dis-respected at $200M
@fan313.bsky.socialPistons pulse tonight with Vincent Goodwill was a little disappointing
Simple discussion using national narratives
Pistons won 60 games last year because all the teams sucked
Next season every team is better including Pacers
No discussion of chemistry with all the changes
@fan313.bsky.socialI thought Jalen Duren signed already, is there an issue??
Has anyone heard anything from his agent?
@fan313.bsky.socialThe way the Pistons have structured the team payroll/contracts has raised the likelihood that a big trade deadline deal is coming.
Speculation time!
@fan313.bsky.socialI dont remember one story about Ausar feeling disrespected by the Pistons!!!
Durens team made JD look like an NBA diva
@michaelcolwander.bsky.socialAbout time! Good deal, too. Was afraid they'd kick the can until the Jalen Duren situation was sorted out. #DetroitBasketball
