I remember a LONG discussion thread back on #ChemTwitter about the proper way to draw/represent the S-O bond in DMSO
Lots of strong opinions from the populace

I accidentally made a Halloween decoration - a TA asked to print a cyclodextrin with a guest molecule for school activities. But the pumpkin style was accidental, I picked colours randomly.
That. Is. Awesome. (Annoying for the team trying to figure it out, but really cool) #chemchat
Robert Millikan, 115 years ago this month, showed that electricity was quantized into electrons (and gave a value for Avogadro's number) with his famous oil-drop experiment in Phys Rev 32 (1911), 349-97. #ChemSky #Chemchat 🧪 Read the long paper here: www.columbia.edu/~mm21/exp_fi...
Some starting materials = 100% in the particular case.
I an experienced synchrotron user in the past, so obviously I took more sample that we would be able to measure, because "just in case". But at the end we were able to measure all* samples with 100% success rate**

Back to greedy food supplement chemists - who can afford them? Maybe be a corporation like Nestle, for example?
Well, seems yes, but only part-time, for some products - let me show.
The product #1 from Pure Encapsulations is Magnesium Bisglycinate.
What I learned in lab this week:
I work with a bunch of badass chemists and we did some amazing stuff that you can read about at some point in the future
That and the 5+ year old bottle of white solids that says KOtBu is probably not anymore
Ouch... This is a brand from Nestle, btw.
(A post coming soon.)
