This Mercedes 250S “Heckflosse”doesn’t have the svelte lines of the contemporary Jaguars or Lancias, but IMHO the combination of neat proportions and elegant details make it a fascinating design.

Photographed near Grasse, France.

I love this beautifully restored early 70s Fiat 128 Rally.

Custom Car magazinein UK (who despised rallying) ran a spoof road test entitled “The East Croydon Safari Rally” with pictures of the testers in gorilla costumes.

They don’t make magazines like that anymore😢

President Joe Biden was on hand at the Audrain Concours d'Elegance 2026 last weekend in Rhode Island.
He brought the 1967 Corvette that he has had since new and now has over 200k miles. It's a 327 cu inch / 4 speed.

Two lovely soft top tourers for visiting the Côte d’Azur.

Sunbeam Alpine series 3 (with tailfins!) and one of the last Renault Caravelles made.

RHD betrays that they were imported to France by their British owners
