At one point they get a speedster and it's Priss...but because she has to look good in front of the chief's niece, Nene has to give her a ticket...and Priss is pissed.

Meanwhile, back with Genom, who are MASS PRODUCING BOOMERS WITHIN THE CITY... #BubblegumCrisis

Sometime later, we find out the reporter is the niece of the AD Police chief...and Nene is assigned to keep an eye on her...
