My daughter decided to cook Sunday tea.
36 day dry-aged Aberdeen Angus, béchamel sauce, ‘better than sex’ seasoned beef dripping roasted King Edwards and organic baby leaf.
Served with a pint of M&S x Adnams - Winter Ale (4.2%) so the caramel goes with the Maillard reaction.
