Earlier made polenta, formed it up in fridge while I scratched up an elk ragu served with beans, cheese, & herbage then baked off the polenta cake.

Leftover eye of round becomes a very successful beef hash with chopped onions and peppers, a little bechamel sauce, and a bit of parsley and tomato. Cast iron pot on stovetop most of the way, then broiled with a crispy breadcrumb topping. #CookSky #FoodSky #BlueskySupperClub
