A spider has spun its web amongst (mostly) green grass blades. It is covered all over with dewdrops that glisten in the morning sun.
I built a tripod out of planks, old balcony planters and a glass cylinder without a base or lid so as not to destroy this delicate work of art, and photographed it directly from above, which explains the spherical droplets.

A cropped section of the same photo, this time in black and white. I’ve also increased the contrast and sharpness. The blades of grass are reflected in many of the droplets , and because of the pinpoint reflections, what is below – namely the blades of grass – appears to be above.
