Fortunately we figured that out years ago and it’s now law in the EU, via both our #AIAct an our lesser known product liability directive, which was updated to explicitly include software and products producing digital services.

Der Nationalrat hat vollautomatische Bescheide beschlossen, KI eingeschlossen, Ermessen nicht ausgeschlossen. Ein Mensch prüft nur, wenn du binnen zwei Wochen Vorstellung erhebst. Deutschland schließt Ermessen bei automatischen Verwaltungsakten aus.
