Easily my longest project to date, and the happiest I've ever been to finish.

A World Eaters Defiler; fully magnetized to spread slaughter in the blood god's name.

Took way too many breaks on this one. 😅

Doing myself a little timeline for the releases of #40k TTRPGs (with wargame editions for comparison) and I've discovered:
a) Boy there are a lot of editions of 40k
b) Fantasy Flight went crazy didn't they?! Five separate 40k RPGs released 2008-2013, almost one a year, all with tons of supplements!

The base for a long-awaited Defiler.

Its practically a miniature diorama instead of a base; easily added two weeks to my work but very much worth it.

Wanted to gaze at it before its partially obscured forevermore. 🥲

So been listening to the Wicked and the Warped.. (#warhammer #40k)
It's hilarious, though a little rougher start than the previous book.
Currently just finished Orikan and Trayzn's wild ride through different worlds.
Some interesting observations:
Valeria is cool.
Necron marriage and divorce, lol.

#hobbystreak 402.

All that's left is some minor metallic details and the base. Alsi, I decided I wanted this to be a diorama.

15mm #Orcs and #Orks in progress for my shop. Just in time for #Orktober !

Should I do some tiny square bases for the fantasy orcs?

Hobby Streak Day 627

Managed to get the Sargent and one of the guardsmen finished in the 2nd Traitor Guard squad for my 40k Red Corsairs force 😊

Scuffed the stripes on my dreadnought, forgot the paint didn't need thinking before spraying :(, but gotta say done eventually and chalk it up to a happy accident.
