Thread of some postgame presser questions for #USF 🧵⬇️

USF brings up a 4th down from Temple, who opts to punt it away. It goes out of bounds at the 10 yard line. The Bulls have 51 seconds to try to win this game. #USF #CFB

Faced with a massive 4th down and 8, USF is not able to convert, and they turn it over on downs. They opted to run it on 1st and 2nd down, saw an open D.J. Crowther drop a pass on 3rd down, and had a receiver slip on 4th down. In other words, not great! #USF #CFB

USF's defense, after the go-ahead FG, forces a 3-and-out. Tavin Ward made a very good tackle on 1st down, while Amarion Fortenberry and Zavier Hamilton made a key tackle on 2nd down. The Bulls take over on offense at their 25 with 11:14 left in regulation. #USF #CFB

USF is on the board! D.J. Crowther punches in the 1-yard TD, and after the PAT, the game is tied at 10. Finally getting some push in the run game and hitting some key passes, the Bulls put together their best drive of the game. #USF #CFB

After Cam Seldon picks up a 9-yard gain, Jason Collins Jr. breaks a tackle and finds a seam to make it first-and-goal. Very, very impressive run from the RB. #USF #CFB

USF's defense slams the door shut after the missed FG, forcing a 3-and-out. Grayson "Pup" Howard had a great TFL on 2nd down. On 3rd down, C.J. Hicks simply dominated his matchup and brought down the QB for a sack. Impressive stuff from the EDGE rusher. #USF #CFB

USF picked up a key 3rd-down conversion on a great throw from MVB to Bryson Rodgers...however, it was brought back due to an OPI call. The Bulls are forced to punt it away, and Temple will take over at its 30-yard line. #USF #CFB

Temple is deploying a lot of quick game on offense to start things off tonight. USF's defense has been all over it, capped off with a key Tavion Beasley 3rd-down tackle. The Owls punt it away, and USF will start at its own 23. #USF #CFB

USF's drive stalls out, as they have to settle for a FG attempt. On 3rd down, Temple's Saboor Karriem sniffs out the draw play and tackles D.J. Crowther for a loss of 1.

Nico Gramatica puts the FG through, and #USF now leads 3-0.

The Bulls are moving down the field on their first drive! After a 17-yard grab from Bryson Rodgers, Michael vVan Buren finds Mudia Reuben in the flat, who rumbles for a 25-yard gain. #USF #CFB

USF's defense gets a stop to kick off the game. Major Dillard had a key TFL on 1st down, and on 3rd down, Asani Redwood chased down the QB for a sack. The Bulls take over on offense after the punt. #USF #CFB

Temple wins the coin toss, and they choose to receive the ball first. USF will kick things off, and finally, it is SHOWTIME! #USF #CFB

Availability report for tonight’s game! No Arhmad Branch at WR, while Thomas Shrader and Cash Hudson are out on the OL. Jair Murphy is out at CB. Plenty of other key contributors are questionable, including LB Sam Robinson⬇️ #USF #CFB

Gameday is here! USF is set to take on Temple in what should be a very fun American Conference game. Check out my pregame thoughts, and stay tuned for more! #USF #CFB
