分倍河原「手打ち陰日向」
ワンタンチャーシューメン（1550円）大盛（200円）。
超幅広で分厚い手打ち麺はふわふわで噛むともちもちの食感。
濃厚な動物系出汁に醤油ダレが強く効いて塩っぱめのスープは生姜の強い風味もあってインパクト抜群。
生姜が効いた肉餡を手打ちのもちもちの皮で包んだワンタンは食べ応え十分。
脂はとろとろで肉はほろほろでよく味が染みた角煮のようなチャーシューがどっさり乗る。
相変わらず独特で強烈なラーメン。
旨かった。
