How shall I know
WHEN

The time is to #purify
WHICH

Of these things are wrong? What if I
TAKE

The offering of my evils up and FIND

Them accepted as good?

If these mirror-lands have upturned my
SOUL

I will empty out on the ground and scatter away on the
WIND

When he came to visit on Prilly 4, I was kind enough to #purify my #uncle in a #flood of radiation. He wasn't happy. Mostly because I gave him no #warning. That and all of his clothes were ruined, his arm fell off and, oh yeah, he can't ever go home. Pfft. Ungrateful.

My head was dunked underwater
by a man who promised it would purify me
I came up choking
Couldn't catch my breath

Their water nor their altars are clean
Nothing built atop spilt blood can be

Do not allow men who only preach purity
define what it means to be pristine

In an attempt
To purify
Everything
They had always
Pretended
Not to be
The shed skin
Of the other
Left abandoned
Snake like
By the path

New incarnation
Slithering forth
In an attempt
To be something
Better recognized
In the tri-view

Reflected well
But in need
Of accessories

I'm not sure I could say
My intentions were pure
Or if they ever are
What I do know
In a way
Is that in all this mixed up mess
This gobbledegooking hootchie-scooting
Caravan of chaos
Is
That I have fun
Everyday is a new sun
Not easy
Never is
But fun

Sorry
I did not intend to purify

#Purify, a young girl, is sought with a plea,
to wash all the dust from the mind's memory,
she sends river-slow hands,
and lets brittle things land—
so the heart can unburden and laugh, "I'm free!"

People think that it’s my job, as a medium, to #purify places of ghosts. And that makes sense. After all, the idea of someone’s home being haunted by the dead is terrifying... #vss365 #writesky #writingcommunity #microfiction #flashfiction #ghosts

#Purify quietly rolls up her sleeves,
And hums as she methodically cleaves,
With whispers she wipes
Stale air from the pipes,
Leaving calm-scented clarity — and reliefs.

'Bucket on a door is a classic prank, Gabe, but not as easy as it looks. You can't use any old gunk - you need to #purify the slug slime before poring it down your back, or you'd get a case of Acquired Antennal Syndrome!'
'You're SO thoughtful, Pixie.'
'I know, right?'

At first, the Sotkari Ta were revered for their special abilities, but soon distrust and fear divided Sotkari society.

Some Sotkari Ta welcomed the separation as a way to #purify their gene pool. In the midst of this civil strife, the Lostai invaded and took over.

Torslin picked up a ewer of blessed water used to #purify supplicants, and tossed the contents over the flames. The hiss of steam rose on silence. Many of the congregation looked as if they had been slapped awake. ##vss365

how is it even fathomable for a single corrupt madman
to overtake an entire world via epic storms of destruction

we the people solemnly justify his lack of innocence
we the people clearly testify there's no way in hell
to #purify the immoral pact he's made with the devil

Lovingly embraced
Union of full submission
#purify the soul

under the tree
she sits without a plan
her body rests
her mind has stopped
making lists

taking leave
of the person the town knows
she lets the wind #purify
the breath she brought along

sky between the branches
water close enough to hear
from head to toe
she’s out of reach
for the afternoon

First I must identify before proceeding to liquefy, simplify, modify and #purify.

Finally, I will verify, classify, and hopefully, edify.

If the data doesn’t support my hypothesis, I will falsify.
