Then when I superimposed on top of the ref, immediately saw the mistakes.

Drew her bigger so it could be easier to spot proportions mistakes. Still failed it, it might be a bit worse than the first one. On the upside, the hair and ears look better. I'll try to focus on accurate placement and proportions of the face for the next one.
