JR中央本線 茅野駅の前、ベルビア1Fの8Peaks Livingという小さなフードコートの中に入っている”アレジー”で甘いものを。

「イートンメス」って初めて聞きました。
名門パブリックスクールの”イートン校=Eron College”発祥で、生クリーム、砕いたメレンゲ、フルーツを”ぐちゃぐちゃ=mess”に混ぜて食べるイギリスの伝統的デザートなんだそうです。

こちらはと洋梨のコンポートにアールグレイのアイス、下にはグラノーラが入っています。

On surface, lovely mix of Watercress (Nasturtium officinale) & furry rooted Frogbit (Hydrocharis morsus-ranae). #wildflowerhour
