@petethehawkeye.bsky.socialThe solar parking lot idea is great, but if you compare arable land under solar (they call it #agrivoltaics and it works great BTW) to farmland used to grow ethanol for fuel, the ethanol acreage is a WAY higher number. It's not either or. Solar over many crops reduces stress and increases yields.
