@emergencyalert.bsky.social近年、#AED という言葉はよく耳にすると思いますが、いざ自宅にいて「いまAEDを探してきて」と言われたときに、すぐ探しにいけますか？ 心肺停止になると10～15秒で意識を失い、脳の血流障害によるダメージは、時間の経過と共に急速に進みます。 1分以内に救命処置が行われれば95％が救命されますが、3分経過で75％、5分経過すると急激に救命率は下がり25％になり、8分経過すると救命の可能性は極めて低くなるそうです。 ただ残念なことに、令和4年中の救急車の現場到着所要時間の全国平均が初めて10分の壁を超える10.3分となり、救命の可能性の8分を大きく超過しています。
