#parkrun lift pals marshalling Kirkharle, so couldnt miss a wee tootle around Capability Browns backyard. GNR ups both marshal and tourist numbers-latter taking it steady. Super little double loop with a bit of everything. " Friendliest PR I ve done" said a fellow runner- not wrong. Fatburning lol.

Your weekly #parkrun update. Today I was down as 'unknown' on the results. One email later and I am added. Always take a pic of your finish time and token. I have done this for years, and today it was needed. Phew as I am close to 500! Thank you parkrun, I enjoyed today, despite the finish anxiety!

Fast course for front runners - 141 finishers sub 20 mins. Slow for others, as there's queue to get past starting line and then get up to speed. #parkrun
