Jesper Boqvist, welcome back to New Jersey.

Picks up a loose puck off a Dougie Hamilton shot, and makes it a 1-goal game.

Did Seigs roll his knee? Looked like he got elbowed in the ribs. He was holding his chest when he went off...

#NJDevils

The Devils kill that penalty, but they continue to struggle with clearances.

Jake Allen is doing everything he can to keep the team in it

#NJDevils

Brenden Dillon drops the gloves with Jack McBain.

A couple of good punches, and both guys head to the penalty box for 5.

Dillion gets an extra two, and the Devils are on the PK

#NJDevils

Man, Timo has had some bad luck with pucks bouncing over his stick. Would have had prime chances in front of the net several times.

Looks like Keefe has shaken up the lines a bit:

- Meier - Hischier - Evangelista
- Gritsyuk - Hughes - Bratt
- Mantha - ERod- Mercer
- Boqvist - Glass - Lombardi

Turning this garbage off. I knew should have went to the movies. #NJDevils

I’m gonna be negative because I’m tired of giving this team the benefit of the doubt year after year. “It’s just 2 bad games”. That’s how it starts. 2 in the hole, with lots to be concerned about. Fire Keefe, hire Torts. Yeah, I said it. #NJDevils

Trust the process. Trust the process.

End of the 2nd Period:

4-2 Utah.

The Devils' defense is way too leaky. Too many mistakes on the backend, and unfortunately, Jake Allen isn't making some key saves.

The offense looks meh for the most part.

Something has to change, and change quickly.

2 goal lead. It's over.

Turnovers turnovers turnovers turnovers.

Cant do that all night without putting yourself in a big hole.

And here we are. #NJDevils

Careless play by Siegenthaler leads to the Mammoth coming back the other way and eventually scoring
