Anybody else entirely unimpressed by Mczkenna today or Raddysh (who fleeced the leafs FYI) #Canadiens #Leafs only Marchenko was good for them and Nylander mire lucky then good

Billy Thighlander cuts the lead to one with his 2nd of the game! #Leafs

Thank god we kept Billy #Leafs

That is a new horn. Sounds like Calgary’s. #Leafs

If the buds tie it, I’ll eat cat…no no I’m not that desperate. #Leafs

That Montreal forecheck is suffocating. And unfortunately for the rest of the East, Jakub Dobes looks like a brick wall.

Toronto has thrown what they could at this defense, it's not working.

It's dead silent at Scotiabank arena. #Canadiens #leafs

Jim Hiller has that “what the hell is happening” look on his face. Who says the NHL needs a full preseason? He’s already in midseason form #Leafs #GoKingsGo

lol of course #Leafs

End of 2nd.

Good PK to end the period. #Leafs didn’t register a shot.

Considering how bad their 2nd’s were in the preseason, a +1 is definitely a W!

Gave up some chances early, but after they got the lead, both sides started locking it down. Not many chances since.

#GoHabsGo 2-1 #LeafsForever

Toronto Maple Leafs supposedly won the Stanley Cup some at point in their history, but as there are no living witnesses to who can corroborate this claim, I find it highly dubious.
#Leafs #NHL

Marchenko is looking more alert in the second period contrast to the first.

He's shown some good explosiveness, speed, and has made some slick passes.

Roslovic on that top line is...an interesting choice. Banking on he and Mathews regaining some form together.

We’re never scoring again. #Leafs

Terrible defence. It’s like Craig was never fired. #Leafs

My goodness, the Sportsnet hockey panel is embarrassingly bad.

And this is the A Team. #Leafs
