dram 1 palate is spicy vanilla custard - sweet with lots of pepper and a (chili?) heat. There is a grape skin dryness too which makes you want to reach for another sip. A drop of water introduces a toffee note on the nose but no notable change to the palate. Nice but too spicy for me. #Blinddrams
