Tough one. In terms of weaponry, probably Howard Pope, not that he has to use his firearm much these days. But his ability to incisively pick apart someone and find their emotional weak spots is probably more devastating anyway.
Most accurate aim goes to Lux(one of Lu's sisters)she doesn't miss in spite of being mostly blind in her right eye
Most accurate with any blade would be Sol
Most accurate insults/comebacks is Lu. He rarely gets upset enough to hurt with words, but when he does😬

And the award goes to!!

Arlo!
Henet is pretty accurate with their magic, but tends to default to splash damage when the going gets tough. Roderika uses spirits to get pretty close, but Arlo takes it on sheer instinct and his direct enhancement magic.
#AwesomeCharacters Oh, most accurate goes to Mileena—many, many centuries of target practising with her sais gave her quite the aim that even Bullseye would find lethal! Her tarkatan eyes do help, too, as they're significantly better than normal dĩn’huei eyes.
Tulio. When your main weapons are a rapier and main gauche, you have to be accurate with each stab.

Elyse isn’t much of a jewelry person, but once the Veylshade amulet is around her neck, it becomes the one piece she keeps wearing.
It’s less decoration than connection: a crystal on a silver chain tying her to the grove and everything it expects from her.
Serara wears glass bead earrings, a gift from her distant mother, and also a necklace with 3 religious symbols; a snake, a lotus and a sun.
Xhavann has a nosering and several earrings, as well as bracelets in gold. He wears a triangular gold coin in each ear.
The only one I've actively mentioned is a bracelet that Nyssa always wears, as seen in The Wine-Dark Sea. She wears it all the time, ever since she got it from her wife :) #AwesomeCharacters
Caldyr doesn’t wear any jewelry for most of the series. She grows and shrinks with magic and jewelry is harder to change. The metal might be resistant too which can cause all sorts of problems.
Her natural height is 7 inches and an earring can be a dagger at that height.

My characters generally do not wear jewelry. But they sometimes have accessories.
Roberto likes to wear only a simple silver chain necklace
Kragh, my main #AwesomeCharacters, wears the small necklace with a tiny vial, containing some of the first alchemical mixture he ever did: a glowing paste!

The only thing I write about is Geni's St Seraphina pendant, which she uses as a spell focus. Her parents gave it to her when she was initiated as a nun.
That being said, Nush put so many beautiful trinkets on them in her interpretation that I kinda wanna write those in now 🥹
#AwesomeCharacters Oh, also! Everyone except Sabbat carries a pocketwatch - Sabbat *has* a watch, but he barely uses it and it mostly stays buried in his sea-chest back at the Daggers
Izzy has a necklaces she's worn since here 12th birthday.
Julie wears some rings, but they change up
Jacqueline doesn't have anything she wears particularly often
Shannon and Beverly always have a watch on, but it's more function than form.
