I was disgusted, but because of the nature of events in Egypt that Summer, I could not contact the appropriate authorities at the time. Mr. Tarnow regularly solicited information about where to buy sex in Egypt from young Egyptian men at AUC.

When I was studying Arabic at AUC in the Summer of 2013 I knew a man George Tarnow who worked for the US Department of State. Mr George Tarnow bragged every day that I knew him in Cairo that he buys sex from trafficked underage Egyptian girls. #Egypt #Ukraine #Russia #Whistleblower #HumanTrafficking

The victims were Egyptian, Syrian, Lebanese, Ukrainian & some were Russian. Mr. Tarnow enjoyed hurting them. It was part of a deal between Tarnow & the Russian Embassy on El-Brazil street in Cairo. This happened at the Four Seasons Hotel.

Agent George Tarnow told me, in the AUC garden that he beat and raped a 15 year old Egyptian girl who he had bought for sexual purposes until she cried. When I asked him if she had consented Agent Tarnow's answer was "whores." #Egypt #Ukraine #Russia #Whistleblower #HumanTrafficking

Mr. Tarnow was in regular contact with Russians throughout his stay in Cairo. I understand part of his role at the State Dept. involved Russia, however I found his frequent calls in Russian & meetings with Russians around Cairo suspicious.
