Question Four:
Music the Devil Cannot Hear is set among medieval peasants, so season changes are bound up with survival. It begins with Tom trying to plough a still frosty field with Spring only two weeks away.

#QueerWritersChat “Faking a Relationship for Fun and Profit” takes place in Spring. We don’t see the full season yet we do see the late chill of winter beginning to break.

“Mage By Blood” (the novel I posted for free online) takes place in Fall and we see things some weather changes in the story.

#QueerWritersChat Cozy hot drinks and bundling up for Elijah!

Asher has a great appreciation for the busy art and craft markets before the holidays. Because they make him money as an artist, yes, but he also just loves them! So full of people, life, and art.

I don't normally encourage people to get the book on Amazon, but if you've been wanting to read it and hoped for a price drop, it's pretty deeply discounted right now!

#QueerWritersChat It’s Fall for Elijah, the nerdy MC of my romance novel, he loves the cozy vibes and cooler weather.

Asher, the other MC, has an artist’s appreciation for all the seasons. Each one is beautiful in its way, and he’s never settled on a single favorite.

thanks for hosting! i don't have much to share… so go check out my friend @rosemaryvictus.bsky.social she has a romance book called Vanilla (with Sprinkles) out and a thriller-ish novella called The Lurker. and she's preparing something for October, i'm excited!!

Hello #QueerWritersChat I’m Theodore Snapdragon, queer & trans writer & artist. I’m finishing up a fake-dating M/M romance novel and getting back into more art!

Life has been kind of busy and rough for me recently, but I’m doing my best.

I'm waiting to hear if there's a bite from a publisher on Straw Houses, but in the meantime you can find links to all my other books here: pawpals.place/robmacwolf
#QueerWritersChat

the first novella takes place in the fall and only spans a few weeks, but there's gaps between each book. i might actually make it a season per novella in the rewrite. #queerwriterschat

#QueerWritersChat A4: Not in this one, to Nia’s tremendous displeasure. Stupid heat wave.

Not in Straw Houses, it all takes place over the course of like a week and a half.
You could argue there's another half of it, The Forest, where it's a different season, but the season there never changes so even so I don't think that counts.

Thanks for hosting! It feels good to do one of these... I think I haven't done one since July, lol.

Anyway, here's my website! Bi visibility day was a few days ago, and all my MCs are bi!

(Please buy my books, I'm having a 0 dollar month...😭)

Definitely. There's only one planned book in the series that's confined to a single season. All the rest span years and feature the changing seasons in different locations. Would be a waste of all that worldbuilding to only stay in one time and place... 🫠
