Seems like #Digger is this years 'Babylon'. Critics scores are bad but almost 350K logs in #Letterboxd and it's holding a solid 3.8 average. 📽️

I like #Digger. Never admired Tom Cruise before, but this film performance took an unprecedented mix of hubris, talent, and makeup. He delivered.

#Digger may lose $250 million. It’s something of a poetic “f*** you” that Mike and Pam exited with much a massive flop about a global disaster, leaving their successors to clean up the mess. cartooncontender.com/news-and-rev...

The satirical dark comedy DIGGER starring Tom Cruise is now in theaters. Trailers, featurette, images and posters here:

Watch Digger in a theater (preferably so you get out during traffic hour). The film feeds off the experience. It’s not a film for everyone but it’s more for you than you think. Its thesis is impossible to miss. This is true absurdism. Best film of the year.

Weird, quirky, idiosyncratic, meta, intriguing, BEAUTIFUL, #Digger is a unique film that I found compelling.

Satire isn’t dead, it’s just been waiting for the right director.

I thought #digger was a masterpiece, and I think time will prove me right, but also if you are in two minds about it, you really ought to a) avoid finding out too much about it b) absolutely see it in a cinema

9. It's very Mastodon coded. And it will piss you off. #movies #digger

8. Yes, I do recommend it. Don't read any reviews, just go watch it. Soon, because it's already getting pulled from cinemas. It's great. And very funny. #movies #digger

Cruise and Goodman were superb 😊

The film is a great environmental dramedy that reveals an INSANE meta twist after Act 1. Cruise is going absolutely nuts in this role, his funniest since Tropic Thunder, and the actual message was poignant and a little depressing. Go see it ASAP if possible #Digger
