Love this stuff. Kyoto Brewing Matcha IPA. 8.5% and a background hum of matcha. But mainly it's just a great, bitter IPA.

🆕🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 The Kernel have brewed 2 pale ales using this year’s Nelson Sauvin - one with early harvest hops and one with late harvest.

To me, early seems a little sweeter and late more bitter. There’s a definite difference between the two.
