@nikibond.bsky.socialI have so many characters, so it was hard to pick just one 😅
But I decided to go with Mark~ And I have no particular reason why, but I associate Kizuna no Kiseki from Demon Slayer with him. Just something about it feels like Mark to me, especially with Shawn Christmas' version~

I'm now 3 hours ahead and need to sleep at a decent time, so you get this early~
Character song 4: Anyone you want~ MC again, deuteragonist, love interest, side character, villain--whoever you want to focus on more today~ Just pick someone and share a song~

@lcyruswhelchel.bsky.socialThe daytime version of ‘Village in the Ravine’ from Octopath Traveler II is a perfect setup track for The StormCloud Crown.
This is especially true for when Cecilia escapes her homeland & finds herself hiding in a dusty mountain border city in Livoria.

@seanmbeatrice.bsky.socialI consider this the official unofficial theme tune of the Raven Prince series. I think the Celtic vibe and feel of adventure I get from this song is a really good fit for Cuts and co.

This song fits both the overall vibe I want to go for with GNA and 9AWD, as well as specific emotional beats within both. Always love me a good solo piano piece

@zprospero.bsky.socialIt's only appropriate it would be Virgil running away from something. But my "Mountain King" is probably not who or what you think.
@windykazea.bsky.social#SongsOfSeptember: Day 23
If Asali's heart had a soundtrack, it would sound like Joe Hisaishi's The Sixth Station from Spirited Away. Melancholy piano is far & away her theme instrument, and this song evokes such a perfect balance of loneliness & longing. Yet tranquil, with an underlying resilience

"Now We Are Free" from the Gladiator movie, particularly this version (for one of my epic wips)
@figuringittfout.bsky.social#SongsOfSeptember Day 23
My pick is from the Daredevil (Netflix) Season 2 trailer.
"Moment of Silence" by Tapani Siirtola.
@glwalkerauthor.bsky.socialWell this was a fun ride. The song I want isn't online to share (it was on a bonus disc from Trigger's later album "Trois" called Suites pour violon seul "Trois" - Scène ) so going with this as a backup

“Imhotep’s Theme” or “Rebirth” from The Mummy 1999 soundtrack
@princeumin.bsky.socialSo many! I have a whole playlist of em! I've already picked quite a few from it so I'll pick one I haven't yet: Null Moon from Silent Hill 2. It has the most perfect cyberpunk vibes (it makes so much sense that they tapped Yamaoka for Edgerunners' OST)

I don't usually listen to instrumental music, tho I like violin rock covers occasionally. But today I'm picking a Hungarian duo, Havasi (solo pianist) and Endi (drummer of a rock band) who recorded one album as Drum & Piano project.
@pjccahill.bsky.socialI used to heavily rely on instrumental music, so this is harder than it used to be. These will be for scenes, but I tried to pick from scenes that reflect core themes or tones.
Demon King Daughter's - represents beauty and love via magic.

@thepoetjean.bsky.socialA23. Merry Go Round of Life from Howl's Moving Castle fits the overall theme of TSBH -- essentially someone remaining themselves in the face of societal & internal pressure.

Nothing unique but the very iconic sounds of Punk and Post Punk guitar tuning and chords.
