JNIM has issued a statement claiming responsibility for an IED attack on a Security Forces / Africa Corps patrol Kaloumba and Mourdiah.

A large-scale jihadist attack on the Dioura military camp in central Mali killed at least 50 Malian soldiers and five Russian Africa Corps paramilitaries, security and local sources told AFP Monday, September 14.

Security Forces carry out air operations around Dioura falling the fall of the camp there to JNIM.
Reports indicate that 130 members of the Security Forces were killed (70 captured) in the attack and so far JNIM have attacked two relief columns pushing them back towards Léré.

It's being reported by local sources that a relief convoy which left Lere for the Dioura which was overran on the 10.09 was ambushed by JNIM and hit by several drone strikes.
It appears that Dioura is still under JNIM control & as many as 130 members of the Security Forces were killed.
