The St Enoch Picture Theatre on Argyle St, photographed in 1936 a year after it closed. It began life as a music hall, Crouch's Wonderland, which showed films from 1897.

In the middle is the 1872 Sixty Step designed by Alexander 'Greek' Thomson and constructed to provide access routes for pedestrians (steps on the left) and carriages (via the ramp to the right). Above this are the townhouses Walker built on the top of the hill.

Love this elegant but sleek commercial building on the corner of West George Street and West Nile Street in Glasgow. Built in 1911 and designed by Frank Burnet and Boston, it has a mix of Glasgow Style and Art Deco elements.
