@edtravis.bsky.socialPRIMETIME is pretty fantastic even after the impactful doc from last year called PREDATORS that covers similar territory. The performances, direction, and script are all firing here. Not a hopeful picture of the state of our country, media, etc. tough stuff. #FantasticFest #Primetime
@roccotthompson.bsky.socialRobert Pattinson is good in PRIMETIME, but Skyler Gisondo is without a doubt the MVP. A breakthrough big screen role for him. #fantasticfest #filmsky 📽️
@philnobilejr.bsky.socialSkyler Gisondo is gonna get nominated for his work in PRIMETIME. And he will deserve it. #fantasticfest
@markdful.bsky.social5 MORE MINUTES is one of the best entries in the “caught in a time loop” subgenre. Everyone worldwide keeps snapping back 5 minutes, but it’s not a hard reset. If someone if injured, they’re still injured after the reset. Definitely check out! 87 out of 100.
@markdful.bsky.socialDOGGOD (1997) turns the core ideas of religion on their head for a hilarious comedy, yet manages not to be mean spirited. By normal standards, the acting isn’t good, but somehow cumulatively, the final effect makes things funnier, not in an MST3K way.👍

@heavenofhorror.bsky.socialTHE HERETIKS is a horror-thriller getting its World Premiere at #FantasticFest. It comes from the writers of Hellraiser and takes place on Halloween. Read our full review!
@edtravis.bsky.socialI just saw the original HELL HOUSE doc. Incredible stuff. Released 25 years ago. Filmed JUST before 9/11. Capturing a theology in a certain place/time that highly influences where we are today. The scariest and most “can’t look away from the car crash” film I’ve seen yet at #FantasticFest #HellHouse

@jthomas411mania.bsky.socialFergal Costello's Kung Fu Deadly is a very familiar but effective mix of supernatural hijinks, kung fu action, and slacker comedy that finds its groove through the efforts of a very game cast. Check out my review of the film out of Fantastic Fest at 411mania!
@edtravis.bsky.socialSeated for #PrimeTime at #FantasticFest and, incredibly, they’re feeding live footage of the festival into the screening rooms!
@thehorrorlounge.bsky.socialOne of the secret screenings at Fantastic Fest this past weekend was In a Violent Nature 2. Our contributor Jacob has his review.
@donatobomb.bsky.socialTHE CYCLE is part science-forward police procedural, part all-out creature feature attack flick. Your patience is required and paid off. #FantasticFest

@jgor.bsky.socialRED SNOW was somehow the second vegetarian (vegan) vampire feature of my fest so far #fantasticfest
@jonpartridge.bsky.socialRED SNOW delivers a great aesthetic, gnarly and creative effects, and an admirable stab at crafting a new take on vampire mythology. The story however feels all too thin and underbaked, stretched out leaving you frustrated and craving more. A missed opportunity. #FantasticFest
@hmuncut.bsky.socialRiver combines family drama, brutal kills and backwoods terror — one of 2026’s strongest new slashers. Read the full review at wix.to/oPW76mX #HorrorMovies #MovieReview #FantasticFest
