I don't know about everyone but I'm addicted. Especially recommended for gamers. I understand the audiobooks are next level. #ewgc

One of the books I'm eyeing is HOW TO BE LESS USEFUL by Priyanka Mattoo (11/2026) that sounds a little too close to home. Part memoir and self help it’s ā€œabout reclaiming pleasure in mid-life vs. our curated efficiency and optimization. #ewgc

Cover for How to be Less Useful: A reader with an open book in hand only visible chest down to feet sitting on a lounger or settee in a Victorian style dress. The room has a bookcase with gold embossed books spines showing and the walls have an ornate wallpaper or fabric like covering.

Jane Casey’s new thriller EVERYTHING SHE DIDN’T SAY is nicely paced and twisty. She’s still an auto read for me. #ewgc

Adored these recent reads: UPSTATE by Kim Van Alkemade, PECK & PECK by Bonnie Garmus, GOBLIN MARKET by A. J. Hackwith, and THE JEWEL OF CORLIVO by Kathleen Carr Foster. #ewgc

Coming out later this month, THE RALLY by Carla Vass. Partly a glamorous/decadent car rally across Europe and partly the story of a young female tech. entrepreneur ousted from her own company figuring out how to get her power back. @hachettelibrary.bsky.social #ewgc

All right is everyone caving and reading Dungeon Crawler Carl? šŸ˜† Even one of my dance instructors is shooting through them. I'm very curious, but can't yet. #ewgc

Julie Leong's THE ISLE OF LONELY MONSTERS features an island full of creatures rescued from the prejudices and exploitation of the kingdom. They're rescued by a lonely monster hunter with secrets of her own... She's convinced to work with a sorcerer monk to capture the last dragon. #ewgc #booksky

OUR CUT OF SALT by Deena Helm was an emotional story of a Palestinian family haunted by generational trauma. The weaving together of different generations' stories was my favorite part of this one. #ewgc

The cover of Our Cut of Salt depicts a hand peeling back dark green wallpaper from a wall. A light yellow floral pattern peeks through.

It is going to be on Peacock. #ewgc

She wakes up with a new name, a fake ID, and no memory of why she ran. šŸ”

BEFORE I DISAPPEAR by Cate Quinn is a twisty thriller about a criminologist in witness protection who can’t trust the people around her—or her own memories šŸ“š #EWGC

Hi All! I’m enmeshed in a separate project—everyone consider Library Journal’s Day of Dialog on Oct 22nd—so I haven't gotten through much outside of that, but I’m side-eyeing a bunch of other titles for when I’m through... or possibly as little bites between my required reads. #ewgc

@vnesting.bsky.socialSep 10, 2026, 8:00 PM

Still summer here in South Louisiana. But it’s raining so, slightly cooler. #ewgc

@galleychatter.bsky.socialSep 10, 2026, 8:00 PM
